EFT (also known as tapping) is a simple practice that combines modern psychology and ancient Chinese medicine. It helps us release stress while reconnecting with our mind and body.

The technique was originally founded by psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan in 1979. One of his students, Gary Craig, went on to develop the simple sequence we use below and named it Emotional Freedom Technique.

Since then, this tool has created profound results for many and has been used to help release stress and anxiety, fears and phobias, bad habits and addictions, as well as plenty of other struggles people often face.

We absolutely love EFT/tapping and regularly use it in our coaching sessions and healing circles.

And we'd love even more for everyone to have access to this incredible tool!
