EFT (also known as tapping) is a simple practice that combines modern psychology and ancient Chinese medicine.

The technique is like an active meditation. It involves using the fingertips to tap on acupressure points while focusing on a particular issue. And this gentle stimulation helps us to process and release various forms of stress that we feel stuck around.

EFT has been used to release stress and anxiety, fears and phobias, bad habits and addictions, along with many other common struggles people face. And there's a growing body of research on the long-term benefits of tapping.

We absolutely love EFT/tapping and regularly use it in our coaching sessions and healing circles.
