Are You Scared?

I can feel afraid and face my fear at the same time.  

Fear has a way of paralyzing us sometimes. It can make us overthink things, worry that making a mistake will make a difficult situation even harder, or keep us from doing something that we’ve wanted to for a long time because we don’t know how things will turn out. So we try to wait for the fear to go away before we actually do anything. But the thing is, fear isn’t just going to disappear. Not until you face it. And things are not going to turn out perfectly. But doing the scary things is how you get over being so scared to do them. 

So here’s to taking one little scary step at a time.
